Nonetheless, another very relaxed show with a vibe like no other. Nashville 2000- I guarantee this will not show up on any list you view for best boots. Torino 2006- Avocado played in its entirety, enough said.ĩ. Hartford 2010- Energy was high and the band gives a helluva performance. Vegas 2006- Ed had a cold that night, but the show has a nice relaxed, almost fun vibe.ħ. Philadelphia 10/30 2009- Hard to beat that setlist, a overall solid performance with a tremendous take on Hold OnĦ. Buffalo 2010- Another energetic show with a setlist that flows very nicely and has a different vibe to it.ĥ.
Detroit 2000- One of the most energetic bootlegs I have heard.Ĥ. Tokyo 2003- Best version of Release out there.ģ. Ed's voice is incredibly strong on this boot. I love the setlist, but more objectively the band's performance is pretty tight and energetic. Bristow 2010- Putting bias to the side due to being at the show. I tend to go for the official boots since 2000. To narrow it down to merely ten is really hard, but I will just keep it at ten as you wish. I found these are the shows I always go back to for certain versions of songs and to listen to straight through. Rio De Janeiro, Brazil (amazing set list!) New York, NY (love the rarities played at this one) Letterman, Ed Sullivan Theater, NY (the video of this on YouTube is great too! Such a cool thing to do.) Melbourne, Australia (Again the band is so tight in 98')

I can't believe I actually know what the Foxymophandlemama looks like now. Like you and everyone else, I only listen to it once in a blue moon, but when I do, I become overly interested in it. Yeah I still should have noted the name of the documentary (even though that 2009 post doesn't have the title exactly right). I'm a little surprised when I search the title now and see it under IMDB and other sources theres no mention of Pearl Jam using any clips. I've often wondered about the documentary but never searched for it. I only listen to the song maybe once every couple years at this point. So was probably next to impossible back then to watch it. I doubt the local blockbuster had a copy to rent. The only version I see was uploaded in 2019. YouTube was only a few years old at the time. Who knows. In 2009 it probably wasn't available online even if you knew the name to search for it. Or maybe I did notice it and searched for the documentary and couldn’t find it at the time. The funny thing here is looking through that thread, I made the very next comment after the person that identified it, but I was responding to someone else and didn’t notice the comment identifying it. Here's an old thread that identified it in 2009: Not to be a buzzkill, and I didn't know about the link to watch the doc online, but the source of the clips has been known for a long time.
